Users are responsible for credentials, accurate registration information and account activity, subject to applicable law.
License
Software and digital content are licensed for personal use, not sold, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Conduct
Cheating, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized automation, service interference, impersonation, fraud and unlawful use are prohibited.
Purchases
Prices, taxes and payment terms are shown at checkout; third-party stores may impose additional terms.
Virtual Items
If implemented, virtual items have only the rights described at purchase and no cash value unless law requires otherwise.
Suspension
Access may be restricted for material breaches, fraud, security or unlawful conduct subject to applicable protections.
Liability
Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded; other limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
